Request for Prayer

For those of you who don't know our friend JT, he is a talented guy who has been blessed with several great acting jobs recently. He has done a few commercials, a nationally-released movie (Billy - the early years) and now is part of the cast of "To kill a mockingbird" which is playing downtown at the IRT. Below is his request for prayer for him and the cast. please remember him as he tries to bring light into a very dark part of our world...

from JT:
Thanks for your interest in the play. This past weekend was opening weekend and I think it went really well. It's been fun, challenging, exciting, exhausting, and surreal all at the same time. It's funny that you emailed because i've seriously been wanting to send out an email to you and some folks just see if you guys would be praying for me and for God to move in that place. It's truly a missions field and the theatre world is a DARK place. Just a few bullet points to whet your imagination to what and who I work with:
1. A practicing "witch" named Constance, who boldly but shrewdly practices her sorcery among us daily. (with Tarot cards, meditations, and pre-show rituals, etc.)
2. 4-5 Angry Atheists (Guys who actively ridicule Christians and revel in their "intelligence)
3. A Cynical Agnostic
4. A 13 year-old kid who is deeply entrenched in the deception of Occultic kids literature

And so, on and so forth! But praise be to GOD, who is GREATER than he that is in the world! I would really like to mobilize 10-20 people who will stand with me and commit to pray for the next 20 days, for God to breakthrough in these folks lives!

Ok, to answer your questions, the play runs until Feb.21. Although we do matinees' every day, the public performances are Thurs. night, Friday night, Sat. afternoon, and Sat. evening. I would recommend a Fri. or a Sat. evening anytime within the next few weeks. The play is about 2 hours and 17 min. To book tickets, visit www.irtlive.com

Later!
